iHeartRadio ha dado a conocer las treinta categorías que integrarán la segunda edición de los iHeartRadio Podcast Awards, premiación que se llevará a cabo el próximo 17 de enero del año siguiente. Estos premios están tomando mucha fuerza, porque la compañía que los organiza no sólo toma en cuenta producciones propias, sino que busca a lo mejor en cada terna, para incluirlo y reconocerlo.
También este gran show es importante puesto que el Podcast es un medio de comunicación que aunque nació en 2004, recientemente es cuando más importancia ha tomado debido a su cualidad primordial: contenidos bajo demanda.
La compañía más grande de radio de Estados Unidos, iHeartMedia, tiene un compromiso con el crecimiento del Podcast, es por ello que los ejecutivos han decidido transmitir en la mayoría de las emisoras del país en directo esta gran ceremonia; asimismo habrá transmisión de video la cual se realizará a través de LiveXLive.
A través de Twitter, los fanáticos podrán una vez más elegir al Podcast del año, desde este momento hasta el próximo 10 de enero. En las demás categorías, un panel de expertos será el encargado de realizar la selección del ganador.
